Rodney just finished development on the new MuscleBar sway bar for the front of the 78-88 GM "G" Bodies (Monte Carlo, Cutlass, Malibu, Regal, GN). This bar uses a modular design similar to out Imapla, Chevelle, and Camaro Musclebar. It also utilizes the PosiLink enlinks to eliminate freeplay associated with conventional poly bushing endlinks.

Yes the arms are attached to the flange with 3 3/8" Allen bolts. It's located by the end of the tube.

What specific benefits will this give me? Wider tire less rubbing? Better sway bar spring rate?

This bar was designed on our StrongArms with a 2" drop ride height. So you should be fine. The sway bar mount location on the StrongArms is the same as factory, so fitment is possible on other arms but we have not test fit them yet.

I know on the A Bodies we gained a fair amount of tire clearance. We were able to run a 10" whell w/ 275's. Not sure on this car yet. I'll find out though, and report back.

Uses a 1.5" diameter .188" wall tubing
The PosiLinks eliminate the poly bushing, so you are always on the bar, not compressing the poly.
It looks cool..... :)
