Wow.

That is most impressive. I've added it to my Favorites, and hopefully there'll be more updates soon.

Man, oh man! I've always been a fan of the 240Z cars and that is the baddest looking one I've ever seen! I love the look... very sleek!

When I build a 240, I want it to look just like that! Looks-wise, that is right up there with a modern super car in my opinion.

Great car. Love the style. Almost looks like he has reduced the front overhang. Tight ****pit though. I hope the builder/owner is a small feller or plans on installing a big sunroof. Might not look bad with some Viper style roof humps if that helps.

I bought a 73 240Z new and raced it in time trials for 3 years at Lime Rock. I love those cars. Thanks for the new site! Hmm - another project.

Thanks for the nice comments guys!

streetfytr68; regarding ****pit room, (funny thing with the automatic ****!!!!) it's not too bad. I'm 6 ft, and I fit in, even with a helmet on. With a seat that was more reclined, a taller driver would fit too. You're right about the front overhang, it is reduced a bit. I placed the front wheel a bit further forward than stock, when I took the picture.

Since I've gotten a lot of positive comments at my site and at HybridZ, I feel the pressure to continue work ASAP, to be able to post more pictures. I guess that's what I will have to do! Since fall is coming soon here in Sweden, it's going to be easier to creep in to the garage, and have someone lock the door and throw away the key!

Thanks for welcoming me, guys!

Ralph, do you know who else here comes from Sweden? Maybe I can make some kind of search?

What about the Pro Touring cars in the states, how many are really serious about going to track days, and so on?

Henrik,

I think a user named "Ripper" is from Sweden, I think Jan (silver 69 Camaro) is also from Sweden, but I may be wrong.

I'd say currently there are 10 or so pro-touring cars that I know attend track days, and many more that I don't know of. There are also a lot of cars being built currently that will see track time, mine included.
