Larry the car looks killer as the January Cover/Centerfold! :twothumbs Frank and all the others who worked on the car did a great job especially for 48 days!

It was Fantastic to see Run Thru The Hills V receive 8 pages for such a great event. I think every Camaro that was there got in the magazine along w/ one blue scatterd Mustang(sorry Ron). Love the cone carnage pics.

This issue is defientely a keeper. Thanks for another Great issue Nick and Steve!

Congrats Larry.. it was a VERY busy month.. of the 11 stories I either wrote/shot or did both for 7 of them. lol

But I insisted that I write your feature, it's so much fun writing about cars I know. I hope you like it and that I covered the story of your car build.

Again, thanks for letting us feature your Camaro, it's an honor.

I also enjoyed the RTTH story, Hope it gave a good vibe of the event. Even with 8 pages it was hard to squeeze in all the Camaros. Thanks to Frank for mangling that cone, what a shot!

I just got the magazine tonight and am still going through it. Full of people I know/have met and would love to meet and hang out with again. And now I have two Camaros to try and get in the magazine too. Well, I kinda doubt either will be worthy, but it's still good to see a friend in the spotlight. Congrats Larry!!!

Congrats Larry!

I just read the article and it REALLY hit home... I'm sure there are PLENTY of us that can relate to your issue of "life events" that kept changing the course of your time, money, and priorities... I know I have...

Serious props for getting the job done while you're young enough to really enjoy it and participate in all the cool events that are being put on around the country...

NONE of us need to be 70-year-old geezers sitting on a park bench wondering what it would have been like to have a cool ride to enjoy during our younger years... For some of us the time is NOW... for others it might be some time in the future when the stars align and the situation is right with time, family, money, job, etc, etc...

FIRST RATE JOB!!! :1st:

Also, GREAT write-up Steve!! You relayed his story to a tee... :twothumbs

One last thing... I know it's been said MANY times... but definitely bears repeating... THANKS LARRY FOR CREATING THIS AWESOME WEBSITE!!! It provides us with MUCH needed motivation to see our projects through to completion and to gain a TON of knowledge from the collective membership...

IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Yes we have been on a roll with magazine features. From Oct-Dec issues we had 6 full features and made 3 full cover / features. Lisa needs to upload them all to the media section.

This is the second magazine for MotiV8r, it already has a large spread in a french magazine (American Muscle), and there will be at least one more feature on MotiV8r in another magazine.

That's a pretty car man!

Congratulation Larry, May the road ahead be as long as the road in the rear view morror. The time spent to get where the crossroads of the build meet the first drive out is not totally ours to decide how long that will be. Now that you have initiated the paint and changed enough parts the car will be settling into what it likes pretty soon.

Goodluck and Good Health

I can hardly believe the year has gone so fast.

Well, it's possible that all three of us missed getting a shot of it... second gen? In the autocross?

Now it's bugging me!

In any event, there was no "cut" to make.. there never is. If I get a usable shot of a Camaro at a driving event it goes in the story. I don't pass judgement on other people's cars :)

I looked and of the three shooters there was only one out of focus shot.. Sorry.

Will get an extra nice shot of it at the next event.. I really do try and get every Camaro the runs in an event. So, don't even think that your car "didn't make the cut".. :)

j/k.. again, we only had a couple shots and they weren't great.. figured I would catch it better next time. Besides, I'm still hurt you let CHP have your car first. Remember we have dibs on the next one! ;)

And who better to share that cover with than Larry. One caption that sticks out in my mind is in #7, Michael Tuckers shot..."we're more about cars getting driven". Congratulations to Larry on the feature and to everyone who attends events like RTTHs. It don't matter if you're fast or slow, shiney or not, just being there hanging out with the guys and gals is what it's all about. Looking forward to '10.
