Can anyone tell me if it is humanly possible to repalce outer wheelhouses on 67 camaro with 1/4s on car? They are not rusted just some shoddy work done when someone repalced both 1/4s. (Bodyman should have been shot for what he did)

Yes you should be able to..
The hardest part is going to be carefully removing the old outer.
How is the 1/4's lip? rusty, spot welded or did he completely weld it.
How is the inner to outer seam?
What did he hack up? Maybe post up a pic or two.
