Anyone know the torque spec for sway bar end links on a GM A-Body?

Any existing torque spec would be for the OE endlinks with rubber bushings. Poly is different, and to my knowledge does not come supplied with any sort of torque recommendation.

I suspect that most folks simply tighten the bolt just enough to swell the rubber bushings out to the washer diameter.

You don't want to tighten poly bushings that much, as the extra material stiffness of the poly will bend the bolt slightly as the suspension moves. In the extreme, this can cause the endlink to fail through the thread under the washer on the nut end (and I've seen this kind of failure in endlinks where high stiffness bushings were OE-specified). I'd use a little medium-strength Locktite and stop tightening these when the poly starts to bulge at all.
