PSA! If you see a thread heading in this direction, post something like this:

Or this:

Or this:

Thanks Allen! Don't worry, I already slapped myself on the wrist.... lol.
I just get tired of all of the rhetorical BS threads that also "don't belong on this site"... I hope that most people come here for the tech, friendships, and networking.... not to argue about the definition of pro-touring, ask us every single part they need to purchase for their car without doing any research, pick out their wheels, pick out their paint color, etc...
I just thought that sesame street would be a little bit better/funnier than sea bass....

Less yummy though. Some of those recipes are really good. I've made about 1/2 dozen of them.
....and the intent of this thread.

Pan roasting is M-O-N-E-Y. Fish, whole butterflied chickens, steak! I haven't cooked a steak on my bbq in years.
For a steak:
2.5 min on each side in a black iron skillet on the hottest burner you have, then pop it in a 400deg oven until you have 150deg internal temp. Remove it from the pan and let it rest on a warm plate covered loosely with foil for 10min. Serve.

1) Put your scrumptious Sea Bass filets on tin foil
2) Lightly cover with sugar
3) Throw in a little vegetable oil
4) Wrap up in the tin foil
5) Place on hot grill and cook for 7 mins on each side
6) Serve and Enjoy!
I do this with flounder and salmon all the time... turns out great!
