I was wondering what kind of body panels (brand) people are using for there resto projects? Alot of people talk about the panels they bought but are not specific on the brand name. I am looking to change both quarters, trunk pan floor pan, and tail pan on my 69 Camaro but want to buy the panels that fit the best to hopefully prevent alot of headaches during this process. I would like to hear some first hand experiences if possible. Thanks for any info...

I used Goodmark quarters for my 67 Firebird. After all the stories I heard about fitment issues, I was expecting a lot worse. The passenger fit well with very minor tweaking. The driver side needed a bit more work. I ended up cutting some reliefs in the lower door sill section to get it too fit. It's also my first time doing this type of work.

Goodmark and Dynacorn fits well,,they do need some help here and there, but you are building a car that wasnt fitted like cars are today and everyone wants them as perfect as can be,,the original tolerances were very broad. with a little tweaking, cutting, welding and grinding these panels can fit perfect. I believe Dynacorn is the only one making the complete floor and cowl, firewalls for camaros right now,i have built several with both brands and had great results from them.

I was thinking I would keep it to remind me of all the rust I'm having to deal with. I might even consider using it for a custom plate :git:
