Jay is a true gearhead, so when he asked us to bring the Hotchkis E-Max 1970 Challenger down to his garage for a test drive, we were thrilled. Jay put the car through its paces, did a few burnouts and was all grins. Now he's installing a complete Hotchkis Total Vehicle System on his own Hemi Challenger!
