View Full Version : Shock angle correction factor. LIL help

To package my coil overs the way I want I have to be @ 20*. I want 175# springs. So with an 0.88 angle correction factor that would be a 198# spring. Is this correct will a 200# spring be right?

pulled the trigger on the 200 pounders hope it corect... I live close enough to Summit that it wouldnt be a big deal to return but I have to wait 2 weeks for them to come instock...

I know it's a little late, but the math looks good to me.

The math is simply the square of the cosine. And, you should do the same thing with the shock damping coefficient.
