Make sure you get very good, solid references, and that the tuner is intimately familiar with the EFI system you're using. I used a guy down here in SoCal and his "tune" was a complete joke.

The best guy around the Sacramento area is Mark Romans. PM me if you want his number. He has done 1000's of tunes and uses a dyno.

I know this is an older thread but just came across it while doing some EFI research.

Yes Mark is a great guy. Did all the tuning on my Camaro.

Just bought an Edelbrock Pro-Flo for my 69 Camaro, I'll be sure to look up Mark Romans for my tune. I've done a complete ground up restoration on it and the FI is the only left to do.
