Template for Caliper Adapter Bracket

Anyone have a template for this that adapts a '02 LSI caliper on the front of drum brake spindles for a '69 Camaro. I wanted to have my machine shop make them when I turn down the drum hubs? I found one that I have read is not accurate as far as the hole spacing.
