Try Eagle Custom Graphics - They have done some of my stuff and the results have been excellent and reasonable. www.eaglecustomgraphics.com

I used Hydrodip. They were great and it turned out awesome. Price is about .75 per square inch.

Is that the process where they dip it into this solution and they pattern is applied to the part? I saw this once on some channel where they were applying like a "real tree" camo to hunting equipment.
How does this stuff hold up?

Holds up well,, As long a the parts are prep right.
we do lots of part for the automotive industry.
Valve covers, Blower hats,fuel doors,pro stock engine mounting plates,etc

Is the manifold in the above picture considered a smooth surface? Do recesses such as the center valve cover bolts in the above photo disqualify it as a smooth surface? What about a flat surface that has some surface texture, such as a smooth-cast aluminum? Is the final product only as good as the initial substrate surface quality?
