Edelbrock RPM versus stock 69 350 4 barrel carb location

I have a 69 Camaro I am working on, cowl induction, repop air cleaner that seals to the hood. All correct for the car.

I am wondering if the centerline of the carb pad of an Edelbrock RPM is in the same location as the original 4 barrel intake.

I know its quite a bit higher, but how about front to back location of the carb pad?

Front to rear should be close enough to the same that you won't have any issues

I seem to recall it moves the carb toward the rear, but less than .25"
