Hello
I am new here, I am from France, I have a 67 RS Camaro since 2002.
It was sold new in france in december 67 with a 327/275 engine and a powerglide, parchement white deluxe seats, madeira maroon color, electric windows...
Since I have it, i made a lot of changes:
383 engine with roller cam
200R4 transmission
3.73 differential
Hotchkiss rear leaf, front springs and sway bar, koni shocks, gulstrand mod, homemade caltracs bars
IROC steering box
The last change was the front C5 discs to replace the 4 piston original discs, and 17x8 wheels from BMW. The C5 conversion comes from Kore3
I sometime drag race, my best time for 1/4 mile is 12.865s.
Next step will be EFI and then turbocharging.
No the latest pictures:

What is your feeling about it, can it already be called pro-touring?

Welcome! Have to love the 67's. I'd say your ride is pro-touring, just no more drag race talk! JK, awesome car.

It was made in Norwood.
Some were made in Switzerland (but almost all thos cars were only for this country)
and some other in Antwerp in Belgium, but a lot of french camaros came from Norwood

No, it is not a french word.
maybe in ancient french

I am from the north of Strasbourg, just 2 minutes from the german border (Rhine River)
I sometimes go to the Netherlands for my work ( in Apeldorn)
