im currently doing a pro-touring build on my 70 camaro rs... i picked up a 502 ramjet this weekend that i just couldnt pass up... my question is: im wanting to stay with a steel hood and would like to go no-more than a 2" cowl... can i make this work on the hood clearance for the ramjet?

I saw an article 3-4 years ago in Hot Rod about a guy who had a yellow and black 70 or 71 camaro with an EFI 502 Ramjet and they had a lot of photos, details of build, etc. If I can find it I'll get it to you. My recollection is that his biggest troubles were around getting pan to ground clearance and getting enough front spring ratio.
