The amount of cars tripled from the first to the second year, so we'll have to see what happens this year!!!

Each person thereafter in that car, will pay $3.50 for one meal ticket (if they want to eat). Other costs such as beer, dynoing, t-shirts, and the 50/50 drawing will all be extra/optional.

T-Shirts T-Shirts will be available for this years meet for only $10/shirt. The sizes available are S-XXXL. They will be 100% white cotton glidden heavy weight t-shirts. The Midwest F-Body Meet logo will be on the front of the shirt. More info available in the FAQ section (http://www.midwestfbodymeet.com/faq.html#X). The design is finished and can be viewed in full by clicking HERE (http://www.midwestfbodymeet.com/pics/05LOGO.gif).

BBQ I have a huge backyard for this. This is where the main part of the meet will take place. Hamburgers will be on the grill, along with chips, potato salad, and drinks. Unlike last year, this year there will be a beer stand at the show. Beer is not included in your meal ticket and will cost extra. Please do not BYOB. Please drink responsibly as we will be going on a cruise near the end of the show. My house is located just a few minutes south of Des Moines on Highway 28. For directions from all major interstates, check out the directions link to your left.

Dyno DayA portable Mustang 250P dyno from Induction Motorsports (http://www.inductionmotorsports.com/) will be ON-SITE for ease of use and so we can all watch without leaving the premises! The dyno will be provided along with all of the support equipment (generator, air compressor, wide band O2, data logging, dyno graph print outs, etc.) and three dyno operators on site. Dyno times will start at 9am on Saturday July 16th. If you plan to dyno, a form is now available! Click here to sign-up! (http://www.midwestfbodymeet.com/dynoform.html) The sooner you register, the better the choice you will have on timeslots available. If there is any downtime, other cars are welcome to dyno for $50 per 2 pulls. Dynoing will run from 9AM until 5PM.

CruiseThis is a must. A cruise around Des Moines would be the highlight of the meet. We could do a giant circle around Des Moines and Saylorville Lake!

Swap MeetFor those who are interested, you will be allowed to bring parts and what not to sell or trade. Why not take advantage of being with other f-body owners who may be willing to buy what you have been trying to sell? So go ahead and bring your things if you would like.

AwardsTrophies will be laser engraved for the awards that will be voted upon at this year's meet. Votes will be taken by pre-determined judges at the meet and you must be present to win. The awards are as follows: -Best of Show
-Best of Camaros
-Best of Firebirds
-Best of Class (67-69)
-Best of Class (70-81)
-Best of Class (82-92)
-Best of Class (93-02)
-Best Sounding.

RaffleYour entry fee will automatically get you one ticket into the raffle. There will be three drawings that will give you the chance to win one of a three different prizes. The prizes will most likely be gift certificates of various amounts to WS6store.com Note: You may only enter into the raffle with the purchase of an entry ticket.

50/50 DrawingThere will be an optional 50/50 drawing available for $5 per ticket. You can enter as many times as you wish...and just like any other 50/50 drawing, the winner gets 50% of the pot, whereas the other 50% will go towards the meet.

SponsorsWS6store will be present with parts for your viewing pleasure. You may also place orders on the spot. Various parts will also be in stock to purchase at the show. A Zaino Wax booth may also be at the show.

Hotels/AccomodationsThere are several hotels on the south side of Des Moines that may be suitable for anyone who wishes to drive up the night before. Some may wish to stay in West Des Moines, as the south side isn't the greatest side of Des Moines. However, there is a brand new Radisson Hotel just south of the Des Moines Airport on Fluer Dr. I will get more information on whether I will be able to get discounted rates for this.
