Hello everyone, just joined today and thought I would say hi. I've been seeing a lot of mentions about this site over on lateral-g, so I decided to check it out. I've been working on getting my 67 Firebird together for a couple of years now; lots of rust. I'm doing all the work in my garage with the help of some good friends every so often. It's finally starting to look like something. Here are some pics:lurk:

Thanks for the welcome and compliments. The plans right now are to get the sheetmetal taken care of. I've been working on the floors for the past few weeks. I'll finalize the fitment of the rest of the sheetmetal and weld it all up as soon as the floors are good to go.

It came with a 400 (not the original), and it's a 400 car, so I'm going to keep it Poncho powered. I'm thinking of doing a stroker to 467 and probably Kaufmann heads. For tranny, I'm still trying to decide on 700R4, 2004R, or TKO600. I have a nine inch for the rear which needs some narrowing and just picked up a subframe which was in better shape than mine and had disc brakes. I'm looking at Global west upper arms and del a lum bushings for the lowers. I'll get some more pics up soon.
