We are currently working on a 70 Formula, 71 Formula, and have a 70 T/A in line, and we are looking to buy a project as well. The 70 Formula we have been working on the past few weeksis number 1 in line. Paint is nearly complete, color is GM Imperial Blue and looks sick on this bird. Pics are as shot, not buffed yet. Suspension is not over the top, drop front springs, DSE drop leafs out back, DSE subframe connectors, Baer 6 piston brakes, and Rushforth wheels will round out the car. I will update as new parts arrive.

You're right- that color really looks good on the body lines of the Formy.

Should be fun to watch, the early second gen birds are some of the best looking Pontiacs ever built.

It will be a few weeks before it gets updated again as we just ordered the brakes, and hopefully the wheels will be on order very soon. The owner is a member here, but I do not know if he has ever posted yet. I will post up the 71 Formula very soon.

IMO, baddest cars Pontiac made (70-73) right there buddy. Nice group of cars you are working on Mike!
Your shop looks like may driveway last year :)
Beautiful paint work & please keep us updated.

Small update. Subframe is in and suspension is layed out and ready to install. Nothing wild for this car, Hotckis drop springs up front, DSE drop leafs out back, DSE subframe connectors, solid subframe bushings, Moog rebuild kit, and Koni shocks. Dynamat install is started and stuffing in every nook and cranny we can find. As far as the 455, this is what happens when I fix an oil pan leak. "While we are here......."

Nothing major, it is a low mileage Ram Air spec motor that was leaking and decided to get it sealed up good before it goes back in a fresh car.

Let me guess, a leaking Pontiac rear main seal perhaps??? There's a surprise... :)
By "Ram Air spec motor" I assume your std d-port heads & something like a 068 or 744 cam?

I've always liked Pontiac engine blue. It's almost a shame it has to get so covered up inside an engine bay.

Just wait, I have a couple tricks I plan to try to keep that from happening
