Finally ready to install subframe into car so we could final fit and paint.Headers going out for jet coat. 1969 camaro 454 30 over merlin heads street and performance tpi street and performance pulley system all polished. 4L80E trans DSE upper and lower control arms DSE coil over shocks DSE mini tub and frame connectors.

Where did you get the crossmember for the trans? I have a 67 and want the 4l80e as well or the TH400 with gear vendors OD. Doenst the 4l80e interfere with the oem trans hump of the car??

I think you have to modify the hump to use a 4L80e trans.. its pretty big. I might have a TH400 and gearvendors for sale in the next few months.. :)

Beautiful engine.. the S&P stuff is expensive but it sure is pretty.. I will be curious how the TPI works..

The crossmember is a turbo 400 trans mount we moved it back about 4 inches. I will find out about the floor hump realy soon but with the measurements we took it should be fine. Thanks joe

No the 4L80 will fit. You just have to make a little room (Mr. Hammer) where the cooler lines connect to the transmission case on the passenger side of the case.
