I'm consider a paint job (next winter) but I thought I'd start gathering ideas now. One that I'm considering is white with all factory chrome r painted semi-gloss black and some of it removed completely. I'm concerned that it will end up looking "cheap," like a base model car that didn't come with chrome or body colored bumpers etc...

So, I'm looking for pictures of white cars with blacked out trim. I remember there is a Nova on this site like that...?

Second consideration is satin midnight blue (dark) with blacked out trim as well... but I'm confident that combo would look really tough.

Thanks,
Nick

Something like this for the satin blue, but I hear that satin and flat colors are PITA to maintain...

Hey Nick,
Here's a pic of my '88 Monte SS - they came with blacked-out trim on the windows and grille/lower bumper area.

I think your car would look great with black trim on the windows and grille, and maybe the big chrome bumpers shot in white to match the body - kinda like an Enduro-nosed GTO.
