My name is kevin i live in columbus nc. I have a 67 chevelle with a 2000 ls1. I started my frame off about 2 years ago. I will post a few pics of my project. hope to get some good ideas for my car here.

hoping to get started puting things back togather soon still not home from bodyshop yet. He wanted to keep it a few more weeks to take care of small details but it will be worth the wate

can anyone tell me what the best way to get my front end lowerd down.

To lower it, cut the springs or get adjustable coil overs. You have to be careful with dropped spindles. Also, be careful about how much you cut as you can really limit the suspension travel (hitting the bumpstops)

Thats a great job you are doing.Iam lowering my car too and will be going with the circle track front springs with speedway adjusters.I have heard alot of people complain about coilover shock failure due to side loading.Look into some threads on this.Keep the pics coming.

That paint is absolutely sexy as hell!!

Here is my vote for gauges:
What I like is they fade to black on the shutdown, check it out.

Thunder road will have there gauge pod out for the 66-67 by the end of Dec. Thunder road is the same guy that started classic dash. Here is a Link to the 64-65 dash but you will get the idea. You can put any autometer,stewart warner or what ever in the panel. Its a 5 gauge pod.
