Now that shows true sportsmanship! I love it when 2 opponents can find common ground on things that are more important than winning/losing a game, it is about sportsmanship, building people inside, and support for those that love the sport.
That kid had earned it all season, and finally got his day in the sun.

That is doing the right thing. There was another story this week where two teams were playing, one team was actually comprised of players from two schools because each school was too small to field a team. On top of that, this team had lost a player and had three injured in a car accident after a pep rally. The other team was winning pretty easily toward the end of the game and during a punt or kick return, the star player of the bigger schools team broke away from the pack and was going in for a touch down but pulled up and downed the ball instead.
