That's a classic. They definitely could not have found better candidates to drive the point home of how stupid the whistler tip was. Goes to show that people don't understand how dumb they sound.

I exchanged words with an idiot gang banger at the store the other day. After he flipped off my wife in the parking lot, because she gave him a look, because he was totally blocking two lanes of traffic talking with his girlfriend. Asked him, WTF? Somebody was going to pull a gun on him someday. Also mentioned how stupid he looked with all his gang banger atire hanging off his body and all his jewelry hanging off his lips and ears. Trying to defend himself and sound smarter than I thought he was, his response was, "I am what I is." In front of his hot girlfriend who was really calm and mentioned that she was smart. She was in college and studying to be a doctor. I've never laughed in somebody's face so hard. ...I am what I is...HAH! LOL!

These stupid things have (unfortunately) been very popular in the East Bay (I'm in Fremont). At first, it sounds like the B.A.R.T. train is coming by, or maybe there's just a mechanical problem of some kind with the car. I don't see how anyone can admire the sound they make.....it's just annoying. If my car made that sound, I'd be under the damn thing trying to find a way to make it stop!
I'm sure they'll find a way to make them illegal (new law?), but in the process, it'll probably make exhaust mods of other types illegal as well.

The cops in the area must idiots.....not illegal my patooty.....California Vehicle Code any exhaust that is 85 Db or higher is in violation, so any exhaust that can be heard for over a mile is in violation.

If someone in my neighborhood had that on their car I would take my torches to the tip in short order.

On some you can stand on the muffler, and tear them off that way. Too many ricers over here have that problem, go to a movie and their fart cans gets stolen. :lmao:
