To celebrate their 50th anniversary, the IIHS decided to test/demonstrate how far automobile crash safety had progessed in the last 50 years. To do this, they set up an offset head-on collission between a 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air and a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu.
While it was interesting, I can't help but feel sad for the Malibu and really sad for the Bel Air.
