Magnacharged LS2 in my area.... any problems putting into '69 'Bird?

I found an intercooled Magnacharged LS2 out of a GTO with 26k miles on it, the guy will take $7k for the whole package. Seems like too good of a deal to pass up on, but I need to let him know by Tuesday if I want to get it.

Will I be able to get this working in my '69 Firebird without any issues? Has anyone used the GTO magnacharger (with the GTO intercooler) in a 1st gen?

Take a look at my website. The blower kit is basically the GTO LS1 112 kit. The LS2 version is very similar.
