It's a crazy build for sure but I like it. I wouldn't do it myself but I like it. I'd drive the hell out of this thing before I'm caught sitting in that other one that had the whale tail and lowrider paint job

Fenderless roadsters should not have anything extending beyond the front wheels. Even then I don't think that would help this car.

Indeed true. But, IMHO, cars that are built correctly, with purpose, such as II Much or Penny, can easily be adapted to the "trends" with a simple wheel swap and respray.
However, there are plenty of P-T cars that are over the top and will age, very quickly. Whether resprayed or not.
