I just need to know the distance from the transmission mount flange to the center of the output shaft's center going height wise. Mine's up under the car and I'm not sure if I'm getting it right but I think I'm getting 3.25 inches. If someone could verify this for me it would be great. All of the schematics I'm seeing on here and other sites mostly give lengths and widths with no heights.

Looks like 3.75"

You're talking about the "F" reading with the 3.75 right? I think that's from the bottom of the bellhousing to the transmission mount's mounting surface. I need from the transmission mount's mounting surface to the center of the rear output shaft in height.

You may be right, although that's a pretty useless dimension for them to collect and publish.

They probably think that the one I'm asking for is a useless dimension to measure, ha ha.

In looking at the Tremec mini-catalog is looks like 3.4 inches on the T-56 and 3.1 inches for the T-56 Magnum.
