I was upset when I got my suspension from Air Ride and it was all black so I went and bought some equipment and powdercoated it in the garage. Just thought I would share.

eastwood hot coat and Powder by the pound phaze charcoal metallic powder, the parts were powdercoated black so I just re did them . What sucked was removing the ball joints and all the bushings do you PC? Paid $100.00 for the PC gun 50 for an oven on craigslist 10-15 on powders and started away. Oh and the kicker had to wire a 240 volt outlet but it wasn't bad.

I've been looking at getting the hot coat system myself. What do you think of it?
The parts look like they turn out good.

BRANS72 no problem I have some satin black. They make a ton of colors.
As far as the Eastwood. I like it my buddy has a smaller electric gun that doesn't use air but after spending a lil bit on regulators for the air I like it better. You can control the air pressure better and it holds more powder. One thing I don't like is the box wiring length is too short . The one for hooking up the bannana clip. You can prob cut it and re wire it longer but it's nothing major. For what things I do it works great. I couldn't justify spending hundreds or thousands for the other ones. Soon I'm doing my tripower intake for the 65. I will post some pics later. It's def. a good value.
