I'd like to know if anyone has put 19" X 8" wheels on the front of their '57 Bel Air with 4.5" backspace and run without any rubbing/turning issues?

I'm using an original chassis, 2" drop spindles with 13" rotors.

Lots of space in the front but would like to hear from experience before I buy.

Ride height has a lot to do with it. It should work but I would go no bigger than a 235 tire and maybe even stick with a 225 tire. The brake kit has a lot to do with it. Some kits push the wheels out further than others. I know a 18x8 with a 4.5 backspace and as big as a 245 tire "can" work but it depends on the whether or not the wheels are pushed out and ride height. A safe combination on a low car is 225 tire on a 7" wheel with 4.5" of backspace. Bottom line it depends on the car so try to test fit something close.
