I just used that company and they were worth the money. In five days I got a 38 page binded book with pictures and full description. I have had a couple of other cars done by other companies that took a while to get it back and it was not half as good.

Sounds like a good service. What did they charge for a comprehensive appraisal like yours?

I've emailed, called and left two messages with no luck.

Anyone else know of any good appraisal co.s in the Sacramento or Bay Area?

I called my insurance company and asked because if the appraiser isn't authorized and approved by your insurance they can balk at it and not accept it.

It will cost me $125 and the guy will come to my place to do it.

Out of 3 numbers they gave me to call 2 of them were disconnected or out of service.

That's the problem with state farm they only offer stated value. I drive this car alot and leave it in parking lots so grundy will not cover under those conditions.

I figured having a certified appriasal done is another way to back up the value of my car "just in case"
