5.3 with a turbo in a 85 monte???

hey guys just wondering if anyone has put a turbo on a 5.3 and what type of manifolds should we use if we do. my boss has a 85 monte carlo and we thought about doing the swap with a turbo or even swaping 4.8 pistons and putting in a good cam with headwork. let me know if anyone has any ideas!

p.s. we already have a 17k mile 07 5.3 with 4l60e and complete setup with the truck intake

I know in the 4th gen f-body crowd flipping the truck manifolds to do a turbo kit is common but I am not sure if it will work in a G-body.
