I've seen it and I really recommend it. It's not an "action movie" if that's what you're looking for. Very suspenseful and thought-provoking and there is some good action sequences.
looked great and Eric makes it sound even better. Next on my list is District 9

D9 starts out REALLY slow, my wife left after about 30 min. I stayed and ended up really liking it:)

I just got back from seeing District 9. Great movie. Not great for the women if they're not into LOTS of exploding blood and guts, as well as a lot of bad language. Oh, and if you get motion sickness easily, sit in the back rows or stay home. The filming style, like a badly handheld camera from home movies, in about half the movie reminded me of the way Cloverfield was shot...another great movie. This may be a good movie to go to with your buddies. Maybe leave the wife and especially the kids at home. I would have enjoyed it more if my wife didn't keep giving me the stink-eye during the movie for dragging here along.
You have to know they'll make "District 10". They left that wide open.

It did start a little slow, but it was interesting enough to keep me watching...once it picked up, MAN DID IT PICK UP! Completely worth it!
Great movie I read a review that said there was a "teaser" after the credits that hinted at the sequel, but no teaser was there. I sat through all the credits and then the lights came on!:bsjerk:

I liked Cloverfield, but that's just my opinion. It's one of those movies that you either like it or you really hated it.

Cloverfield was an "eh" movie for me. I heard they were making a sequel to that too.
