X2 I'd be interrested in seeing this place. I'm getting ready to make a move to a full custom shop I'm tired of insurance work

I am in the KC area. There is one in Leavenworth, but he does one car at a time (quarters etc.). Wagners in Bonner Springs is good but HIGH. I called several and most have quit doing this work because they were getting paid crazy dollars from the hail repair over the last few years.

It's 3 hours from Kansas City but if you want to make the trip down to Wichita, KS you can check out TPI (Total Performance). They are the shop doing the RCR Series 3 69 Camaro Cars. If I had to take my car anywhere for body/paint they would be the place to go.

Call and talk to Wade - (316) 516-7731. Tell him Big Brian sent you over.

They do very nice work.

Most high-end shops are pricey but Hot Rod Express in Blue Springs does some awesome work. http://www.hotrod-express.com/

I checked out some references for them they do awesome work but they are a little cheap on their employee compensation. I make more money drawing my 28 hour guarantee sleeping in front of my tool box than some of their people make working their asses off. Guarantee is nothing to brag about less than 500 a week gross.

can you explain what you're looking for in "custom" ?
I know of a few I could possibly point you to in the KC area, depending upon what you're looking for.
