I would like to prime and seal the underside of the car and the interior floor pan. The interior floor currently has a coat of black primer. The underside is bare metal.
1. What are you guys using? I'm thinking por 15 on the underside, then go over it with black chassis coat. On the interior floor panel use another coat of primer and one coat black chassis coat or can por 15 be used over the primer?
2. I don't have a lift so remove the wheels, put it on four jack stands and go at it? Or is there a better way.
3. Also, when the suspension (detroit speed quadra link, with sub frame connectors and stock sub frame) was being put and the car was on a rotisserie, there was some metal welded together as a brace in both door areas. (picture below). Now that the suspension is done and the doors are in I'm assuming I can just break the welds and take the brace out?
4. Cocktail shakers.....I'm assuming I can toss or re-sale these.

Forgot to ask how much por 15 / primer I'll need.

you really only need POR15 for areas that have rust on them. otherwise, I'd use a good epoxy primer all over, then top coat however you want.
