I am in need of a cool location for a magazine photo shoot for MotiV8r in about two weeks. I would like to find something as close as possible to my home in Ventura county but I can drive and hour or so if need be.

If you know of something cool without a lot of people around, traffic e.t.c. please let me know asap.

Thanks!

There's gotta be a canyon around there someplace that is closed to through traffic isn't there?

Good luck, Larry!

It's about 80 miles north of me, I live in Canyon Country near Saugus Speedway.

I know it's not in the area you want, but maybe it's worth looking into if you can't come up with a good place nearby.

Pretty scenic in a few spots and it's right off the highway, not a lot of people or cars in your way.

While a cool idea it's the wrong direction. I really need to at least meet him half way.

I will be doing some work at El Toro air field next month if you could wait.....there are some great old buildings there.

I will get you on if I can record your car on a few passes and burnouts.

Any chance you could do it at Marine Corps Air Station Tustin? The old blimp hangers are an interesting backdrop, lots of tarmac.

The blimp hangers are big enough they develop their own weather
