View Full Version : 70-73 camaro rs nose fiberglass or urethane repop?
Im putting together a 71 rs, the urethane nose is garbage. I was wondering about aftermarket fit. The urethane is ill fitting from GM so who knows about the reproduction stuff. I guess with the glass it can be worked to fit tight, but...glass stress cracks. Any suggestions???

I have a great idea. How about this one:

It's as light as fiberglass, stronger than steel, and was made off a factory OEM part. Fit is excellent as well.

check with your local body shops. They should know of a few bumper repair specialists. They can fill and repair cracks and bumps.

Wow, you guys rock! How about a first gen grill/valance combo that will eliminate the front bumper? :)
Im a bodyman by trade so I dont need anyone to do the work. I just wondered which one took the least amount of labor to make fit properly, nice tight and clean. Carbon fiber is great but Im painting over it so its out. It would be a waste not to see it even with the stength benefits.
