OK I just got a set of front calipers and rotors off a 97 Cobra. They are 2 piston, and have 13" rotors. I will probably be running the single piston Cobra calipers on the rear as well. What bore size on the M/C should I use, as I'm staying with a manual brake setup? I would like to get a nice Wilwood M/C.

I have essentially the same brake setup on my '89 Mustang, but I'm running the stock Fox booster with a '93 Cobra MC. I would think you'd want to go fairly small diameter with a manual. Mine is 15/16" w/ a booster and is still pretty firm. It depends on your pedal ratio too compared to mine............
Hopefully someone "in the know" will chime in!

With a power booster, for something streetable I like the 1 1/16in SN95 V6 Mustang MC, it's what I had in my '89 Mustang before it went to a balance-bar setup and that MC is going into my '65 Mustang (with a 4cyl Fairmont booster eg. mustangsteve.com)
I'd had a 15/16in MC in the '89 but the pedal travel was a bit long and I couldn't heel-toe properly.
Of course, all this depends somewhat on the mechanical ratio at the pedal and whether you're running a power booster.
When you're talking about Wilwood MCs are you talking about a balance-bar setup or one of their Mopar-type conventional tandem MCs?
