I have been stuck in Radcliff, Ky for the summer so have been trying to make good use of my time. Have hit a number of the distilleries along Bourbon Trail, done the cave thing at Mammoth National Park and now... Visited the National Corvette Museum at Bowling Green, Ky. It is directly across the street from the GM Corvette Assembly Plant, which I also toured.

The plant was a great experience, it is amazing how quickly they put a car together. The crazy thing was seeing four cars coming down the line, all different options; a Z06, ZR1, Grand Sport and a regular coupe. No pictures allowed unfortunately.
The museum is worth the visit if you are in the area. It has some great displays, history, and a number of concept and design cars. They also have a great buyers program- add the museum pickup code to your car order and it will be delivered to the museum for your pickup, to include a special plant tour. I am told that sometimes you can visit the plant when it is being build and can be the first to start it at the end of the line before going to the testing rack.
These are cars waiting to be picked up at the museum.

Some might recognize this one, it was a C6 test vehicle that spent its last trip in Alaska.
