Currently installing an Airride system on my 71 Chevelle. Shockwaves in the front and coolride in the rear. Got the shockwaves installed fine but having a problem with the mount on the top in the rear. First the stud from the bag doesn't go through the hole in the upper coil spring mount, it doesn't look long enough. And if it did how would I possibly get a wrench in there to tighten it up.
Anybody else have this problem with installation. Thanks
Corey

I know it's Sunday but contacting the manufacturer first would be the smartest thing to do.

Your body mounts may be worn tightening up that dimension. It is a tight fit with new bushings.
Good Luck

I wound up drilling a hole from the bottom up the the center of the rear spring mount and then went in with a hole saw from the top. Then I was able to use a deep socket to tighten the nut from the top. This was on a 65 so yours may vary a little but it worked for me. Just covered up the hole with a rubber plug and I was good to go. HTH.

That actually is a great idea to go in from the top. I ended up getting a longer stud and after many bruises and scrapes on my knuckles, I finally got them tightened up...only to find out that the air line fitting had been crushed by the upper coil spring lip...so back off again and I got the brass fitting instead. Have it all back together and working.
Thanks for the responses all.
