I have had the experience of parts not working right when you finally get to use them and the warranty is out of date.

You can't blame anyone since the rules are the rules and who knows what you did with it ,right !

So I happened to be thinking about what it was going to be like the day I fire the car up and something doesn't work right. I have all of my reciepts and for anyone here who is paying attention documented proof that the parts never have been used.

It would really be nice if some of the companies out there would recognize this and honor the warranties if you could prove that you never used there product until the day the problem arised when you fired the car up and drove it.

I know that there are a lot of companies that will still stand behind the product if they are told the situation. I have come acrossed 2 that have already and they are a credit to the industry.

What do you guys think of the idea that with some items companies should have a better warranties for us? Afterall times are changing and it takes us at least 2 years to do a nice car and most warranties are for 1 year only and you have to have the parts to put the car together.
