"Street Rod Engines"?

Does anyone have any input about "Street Rod Engines"? They offer a LS3, wiring, T56 plus clutch for $11,000. Any suggested alternatives?

I have not bought any big ticket items but he's right down the street from me and has always helped me out with mis LS1 stuff I have needed. He used to have a ton of wrecked cars laying around but the city cracked down and he started doing just engines inside.
