is it benificial to run competion engineering slide a links in a protouring style suspension?

or any kind of traction bars for that matter? someone told me they help for strait line accleration but hurt cornering?

I had Comp Eng sliders, they clank when decell.
I then had Cal-tracs, much better.
Neither really had much effect on my handling. But do a search and you'll get your answer.
However, I now have G-link.

Just get the right srings and those devices become a non issue. Hotchkis and Global West both make great leaf spring setups. With a "performance" style spring you wont need snubbers or cal-tracs(unless youre making some wiked amount of TQ)
