Hi guys - just wanted to give you a heads up that we have had a customer in California that had their AME Tri5 Chassis stolen from their garage. It was a bare chassis with no suspension. If something like this comes up at a swap meet in CA/NV/AZ for a too good to be true price, please let me know what the serial number is and I can let you know if it is hot or not. Also, all AME Tri5 chassis have a serial number on them - if you see one for sale w/o a tag be very suspicious.

That's F***** up. Do you ask for the serial number on the frame when customers call about ordering parts? Kind of like the dealerships have asked about owning certain cars when ordering parts. That may help if you get a sudden order for parts. I will keep an eye open for this.

I hate a thief.
I like liars better than a thieves.
I'll keep my eye out for the chassis..

Fortunately we have forum members all over the place since you never know where something like that will turn up with a for sale sign on it.
