Hello to everyone. My name is Chad and I have been into cars, rods and trucks my whole life. I have a small collection of cars, 11, most are more drag race oriented. But I must be getting old, because I just dont enjoy the whole drag car on the street thing anymore. So I have began to build 2 cars to be a little more friendly. I got really good deals on both cars, orI would be building just one.

The first is my 1972 Chevelle, I am not getting too caried away with the car at first. I got all new sheet metal, inexpensive 18x8 & 18x9.5 BOSS wheels, and built a 355 with Trickflow heads that makes at most about 425hp. I have not decided on a trans yet, and plan on adding 4 wheel discs, and an aftermarket AC/heat system.

The second one, sorry no pics, is a 1957 Ford 2 door post. I have a 351w with just a cam and intake, but I plan to add twin turbos. I already have a set of stainless turbo headers. I have a Tremec 5sp and the original 9" rear. My wheels are 20x8.5 and 20x10 supesnake wheels, They look like old Shelby wheels with knock offs. I plan to add 4 wheel discs and an aftermarket hvac system to this one as well.

Thanks for any future input or advice.

Thanks for the warm welcome, and sorry for being away for so long. I have been working 7 days a week, so finding the time to work on the cars is hard. I have been concentrating on the Chevelle, the Ford has to wait. I have just about every bit and piece to finish the Chevelle now, I love internet shopping, but haven't turned a wrench in a while. I hope to have time to finish it soon.
