Let me know what you guys think here. I was reading a thread the other day about the “G” body guys running S10 spindles on their cars with C4 set-ups. It occurred to me that if the numbers were right a set of Belltech dropped spindles for the new (1998-2002) “S” series Blazer with the 2-piston calipers could easily be adapted to the “A” body. The steering arm is shorter than the “B” body removing the slow steer/bump steer problem from the equation. The drop pin height would aid in maintaining proper arm geometry after a spring drop and I like the hub/bearing design. Using a pair of Howe tall ball joints would give the same results of the “tall” spindle swap with none of the side affects, in fact with a drop spindle it would actually perform better than the “tall” spindle swap.

Does anybody happen to have a pair of these lying around to take some quick numbers off of? Stuff like overall height, steering arm length and height would be helpful.

I just checked BellTech's site and they only show one S-10 spindle from 82-03 which means they don't make one for the hub style front end....not sure about any other makers

I thought about that setup for my G-Body but ended up just going the global west route

Belltech shows (2) spindles for the "S" blazer. 2100 for all 82-03 and 2102 for 98-03 V6 Blazer only.
