Built this brake with plans I got from Millerwelds.com - with a little tweaking. It's 36.5 inches long, with 1/2" angle iron for the base and table. I made the hinges from 1/4" plate and thread on handles from cast iron pipe. For "fingers" I had a piece of cutting edge sheered in half and the cut to various lengths. Bends 16 gauge, no problem and its easily portable. Check out the site they do have some other projects.
