Help with lower control arm fitment???

Guys , is there a trik too this? Im trying to fit new lowers 'speedtech' lower arms on my 69 camaro and there just too tight. Its like they need to be spread to get up and in but thats impossible to do. Do you trim the bushes? OR?

the problem is the frame mounts are pinched from the original bolts being torqued, get a bolt with a nut and washer, put it between the mountand spread them appart.
