I have a nice Camaro -68 convertible with a 454 https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=31176&d=1246858589. It's not perfect, but I change a part now and then, becuase time is not on my side. I've owned it since the winter of 2000.

I'm not good at fixing cars, but I love it and I do learn. I also get help from a friend of mine when it's a bit advanced.

Anyway... the process:

The plan for the summer is to change some of the chrome, install a new carpet, 3-point saftybelts and a few other things. I want to keep it kind of original... but change a few things.

If someone has some kind of experience with installing 3 point belts in a convertible (http://www.rickscamaros.com/product.asp?pf%5Fid=SB%2D69&dept%5Fid=3463), please get in touch or send pictures. I've seen a firebird with these in, but wondering if there's more than one way to mount them.

Thanx.

Welcome to the site! It's always good to see such cars finding good homes across the sea. Do you have any pictures of the whole car?
