I've added a page (Page 39) which provides a relatively painless method for determining center of gravity height. No wheel scales or jacks are needed.

What a great site. Never even knew about it. Thanks Billy.

I have some digital scales and made solid bars to replace the shocks for my build-up. I was gonna try the scale method with raising the end of the car up and see what I come up with. And really, for me its just an interest thing. I wont be using the CG number for anything, I just like to play around.

The retired life, all about playing around with toys. Hmmm, kinda like my lil girl in kindergarten I suppose. I should be more interested in her tea parties Im thinking, we are both on the same level now :)) Thanks for the great site. JR

What do you do if its a unibody? estimate approximate weights?

That's what the "sheet" category is for.

I've added 7 paragraphs to clarify use of the spreadsheet. The intent was to go beyond the "engine camshaft height is the same as the car's CG height" method, but some have interpreted the spreadsheet input to require very exact weights and measurements. Hopefully, these extra paragraphs will return the spreadsheet to its intended "easy" application.

I like the pictures. I need illustration most of the time.

Thank you.
