look very nice,i like don't know about how the speaker willsound that far up front and high and not angled towards the passenger though.

67speedfreak

Thanks,

We had very limited space to work with and wanted to keep the stock E-brake.

The speakers are actually angled and the idea was to have the drivers speakers face the passenger and the passenger face the driver.

We have them in Agent Orange and they sound great.

The price for the kick panels kit with cans is $325.00. Parts are hand laid fiberglass and black gel coat finish.

Thanks for your interest.

The big midrange has to be flat to clear the park brake pedal and shouldn't affect the sound quality much, the tweeter angle pointing at the driver/passenger is much more important and that setup should sound great. I guess they'll fit a first-gen 'bird too right? I think the kick panels are the same....

Yes, I think they should work in 1st gen Birds.

Does the vertical extension off the panel that goes up towards the A pillar trim extend and go under the pillar trim like the originals did? The aftermarket kick panels always fall short here and if these do go under the trim then I would be very interested in a set!

Erik,

That is a very good question.
After reading your post last night i went out into the shop and compared ours next to some originals and they appear to be the same length.

Do you know if all three years are the same length?

We do stand behind our products so if you order a set and are not happy with them you can return them for a full refund.

Thanks,

How many people would it take before you changed your plans to make some for a 3rd gen Nova? I'd definately be in for a set. I just sold my stock non A/C ones so need a set. I can also post a thread on the Nova sites to see how many people would be interested.

To cover the panels as you see them would run $150.00. They are done in two pieces with a stitch along the door edge this allows the material to conform better and lay flatter. This is a little more work but the end result looks much better IMO.

Thanks,
Brian

Just recvd some fantastic kickpanels today!! I gotta say that they are very nice pieces with extremely good fit and form. Worth the wait. Great job guys.
I do have to say that the one thing that could of been a little better was the communication between vendor and customer.
The lead time was alittle longer than expected ( 6 weeks) which is ok....if they kept me in the loop, I just paid in full and did not know if I was waiting 2-3-4 weeks.
No email was sent acknowledging payment.....how long to expect....nor an email once the product shipped.
I did have to make a couple of calls to follow up on them at the 4week marker. And a They did reply promptly.
I definitly recommend this product. And feel the price is worth the craftsmanship.
Thanks Guys.
